About Duvessa
Duvessa is Clinical Director and co-founder of A Aesthetics, and an independent nurse prescriber. A registered general nurse with a BSc (Hons) and a postgraduate diploma in aesthetic medicine, she jointly leads the clinic and the clinical standards behind every treatment plan.
She was named Nurse Practitioner of the Year at the Cosmetic Medicine Awards 2024, and under her joint leadership the clinic was named Best Clinic Ireland & Northern Ireland at the Aesthetics Awards 2025.

Duvessa’s approach
