How do I know which treatment is right for me?
You do not need to know before you contact us. Many people start by browsing by concern, then book a complimentary consultation. We assess your skin, health and goals and recommend a plan that suits you, which may combine treatments or suggest that no treatment is needed.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. Every treatment starts with a face-to-face consultation, where we talk through your medical history, explain your options, likely results and any risks, and check that the treatment is suitable for you. Prescription treatments are only prescribed after this consultation with a doctor or nurse prescriber.
Who carries out treatments?
Treatments are planned and carried out by our qualified medical and clinical team, led by Dr Ahrooran Sivakumar and Nurse Prescriber Duvessa. You can read more about our team.
Can treatments be combined?
Often, yes. Many skin concerns respond well to a considered plan, for example skin boosters alongside laser or LED therapy. We will only recommend combining treatments where it makes clinical sense for you, and we will explain the timing between them.
Are your treatments suitable for everyone?
No treatment suits everyone. Our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over, and suitability depends on your health, medications, skin type and goals.
Which clinic can I visit?
