What is Cellular Matrix?
Cellular Matrix is a regenerative skin treatment that combines platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood with hyaluronic acid (HA). Both are prepared together in a closed tube system by RegenLab, so your PRP and the hyaluronic acid are mixed in a controlled, sterile way. The growth factors in PRP are designed to support collagen and skin renewal, while hyaluronic acid adds hydration and elasticity.

Cellular Matrix brings together two natural ingredients, each with its own role, prepared in one closed system.
Your own growth factors
Around 2 ml of platelet-rich plasma is prepared from a small sample of your blood. Its growth factors are designed to signal the skin to repair and produce new collagen.
Hyaluronic acid for hydration
Around 2 ml of hyaluronic acid is combined with your PRP to draw moisture into the skin, which can help improve elasticity and bounce.
A closed, sterile system
The RegenLab closed tube circuit mixes both components without exposure to the air, keeping the process controlled from start to finish.

Your treatment
Your practitioner places the Cellular Matrix into the skin with a very fine needle, most often across the face and neck.
Aftercare and results
Mild redness or small bumps usually settle within 24 hours. Results build gradually over a course of 2 to 3 sessions, spaced a few weeks apart.

Does Cellular Matrix hurt?
Most people describe the discomfort as minimal to mild. The blood sample feels like a routine blood test, and we can apply numbing cream before your treatment so you stay comfortable.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is short. Mild redness, swelling or small bumps at the injection points usually settle within about 24 hours. Occasional light bruising can take a few days to fade.
How many sessions will I need?
Most patients have a course of 2 to 3 sessions, spaced a few weeks apart. We confirm the right plan for you at your consultation.
When will I see results?
Many people notice fresher, more hydrated skin within a few weeks. Improvements in firmness, tone and elasticity build gradually as your skin renews, with each session adding to the last.
How long do results last?
Results vary from person to person and depend on your skin, age and lifestyle. The effect can build with each session, and most patients book occasional maintenance sessions to keep their skin at its best.
How is Cellular Matrix different from PRP?
PRP uses the growth factors from your own blood alone. Cellular Matrix combines those growth factors with hyaluronic acid, adding hydration and elasticity to the regenerative effect. We will advise which suits your skin at your consultation.
Who should not have Cellular Matrix?
Cellular Matrix is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have an active infection in the treatment area. Some blood disorders, blood-thinning medication and other medical conditions also need to be discussed first. We check your full medical history at your consultation.
